O GOD of Our Salvation

October 30, 2017-Monday -#522 Daily Morning Bible Reading and Meditation  -Psalm 65 KJV

***By terrible things in righteousness wilt thou answer us, O God of our salvation; who art the confidence of all the ends of the earth, and of them that are afar off upon the sea: ***

[2] O thou that hearest prayer, unto thee shall all flesh come.

[3] Iniquities prevail against me: as for our transgressions, thou shalt purge them away.

[4] Blessed is the man whom thou choosest, and causest to approach unto thee, that he may dwell in thy courts: we shall be satisfied with the goodness of thy house, even of thy holy temple.

[5] By terrible things in righteousness wilt thou answer us, O God of our salvation; who art the confidence of all the ends of the earth, and of them that are afar off upon the sea:

[6] Which by his strength setteth fast the mountains; being girded with power:

[7] Which stilleth the noise of the seas, the noise of their waves, and the tumult of the people.

[8] They also that dwell in the uttermost parts are afraid at thy tokens: thou makest the outgoings of the morning and evening to rejoice.

Words to ponder for today:

O GOD of Our Salvation

"O thou that hearest prayer, unto thee shall all flesh come."

A prophetic prayer of the Psalmist. For in times of old even in this present times, them that comes to GOD in faithfulness are considered by this world as weirdo or nerdy. Getting involve in godly activities, even addiction in GOD's services is to them foolishness; praising GOD to them is an insanity if not forbidden.
Yet, the Psalmist song here prophesied that there will come a time when praises awaits GOD in Sion: and unto GOD shall all flesh come; for in that day, all souls shall know who the true GOD is.

Indeed! Blessed is that man whom The LORD GOD has chosen, who was called to approach Him and dwell in His court. For GOD who answers prayers,  answers them by terrible things in righteousness. None is able to out-give The LORD, for His bountiful grace and mercy are towards them who come to Him, who calls upon Him, who cast all their burdens upon HIM. That even the most dreadful sin, if in repentance is yielded unto GOD, it shall be forgiven and be remembered no more. Through GOD's mighty power and abundant grace given to each one who come in fear of The LORD is life everlasting bestows.
Apostle Paul has written in his epistle: Romans 5:20-21 KJV
[20] Moreover the law entered, that the offence might abound. But where sin abounded, grace did much more abound:
[21] That as sin hath reigned unto death, even so might grace reign through righteousness unto eternal life by Jesus Christ our Lord.

Hear ye!
The GOD who hears prayers, answers.
Come,
Call,
Cast your burden upon HIM. For GOD of our salvation always listen and ready to answer. He alone is the confidence of every soul and they shall not be ashamed. For in trusting Him is grace and mercy be given. Let our changed lives be GOD's channel of blessings that all flesh shall come to Him. That all shall know HIM.
Praises and honor belongs only unto You, O GOD of our salvation.

Good morning!

Psalm 65:1-13 KJV

[1] Praise waiteth for thee, O God, in Sion: and unto thee shall the vow be performed. [5] By terrible things in righteousness wilt thou answer us, O God of our salvation; who art the confidence of all the ends of the earth, and of them that are afar off upon the sea: [6] Which by his strength setteth fast the mountains; being girded with power: [7] Which stilleth the noise of the seas, the noise of their waves, and the tumult of the people. [8] They also that dwell in the uttermost parts are afraid at thy tokens: thou makest the outgoings of the morning and evening to rejoice. [9] Thou visitest the earth, and waterest it: thou greatly enrichest it with the river of God, which is full of water: thou preparest them corn, when thou hast so provided for it. [10] Thou waterest the ridges thereof abundantly: thou settlest the furrows thereof: thou makest it soft with showers: thou blessest the springing thereof. [11] Thou crownest the year with thy goodness; and thy paths drop fatness. [12] They drop upon the pastures of the wilderness: and the little hills rejoice on every side. [13] The pastures are clothed with flocks; the valleys also are covered over with corn; they shout for joy, they also sing.
