For The King Trusted in The LORD

September 14, 2017- Thursday-#478 Daily Morning Bible Reading and Meditation-Psalm 21 KJV

***For the king trusteth in the Lord , and through the mercy of the most High he shall not be moved.***

[1] The king shall joy in thy strength, O Lord ; and in thy salvation how greatly shall he rejoice! 

[2] Thou hast given him his heart's desire, and hast not withholden the request of his lips. Selah. 

[3] For thou preventest him with the blessings of goodness: thou settest a crown of pure gold on his head. 

[4] He asked life of thee, and thou gavest it him, even length of days for ever and ever. 

[6] For thou hast made him most blessed for ever: thou hast made him exceeding glad with thy countenance. 

[7] For the king trusteth in the Lord , and through the mercy of the most High he shall not be moved. 

[13] Be thou exalted, Lord , in thine own strength: so will we sing and praise thy power.

For The King Trusted in The LORD

A Psalm and exhortation of David among his people. 

His boldness in testifying about the goodness and the deliverance of The LORD, magnified GOD all over the land. People rejoice in his victory and dwell safely within their land of inheritance. The enemy are subdued; they fled from his presence, and his kingship is strengthened. Most of all, from his descendants came The Redeemer and The Eternal KING JESUS CHRIST; because he, as the king trusted in The LORD. 

How important it is for all leaders now a days to trust in The LORD. Seeing the enemies waxed stronger and stronger, and oppressions became the norm in the society that even the youth have grown in an evil surroundings.  Worst of all,  the very home where babes and youth should be nurtured in the fear of The LORD, are violence, maliciousness and deceit, the ways of living and the usual scenario. 

The popular so called " spiritual and religious groups" unfurled themselves in their involvement to rampant politicking. If not they have their own issues of immoralities and violence. Most people are weary, confused and distracted.  

The true believers silently and selfishly enjoyed the blessings of being The Child of The Most High GOD. Most tended and tried to separate themselves from the cares of this world. Little they know that no matter how they live a separatist lives, they are and will be affected by this ungodly norms of the society. 

Leaders wake up! 

You should stand up and start to show up to this generation the true way of peace, prudence and prosperity. Listen to the calling of The Sovereign GOD. Attain to HIS precepts and instructions; that you may lead this nation quietly, as your testimony teaches the people the fear of GOD, lead people to trusting The LORD; as you yourself show the example of bended knees while crying unto GOD for mercy and deliverance. 

And you Spiritual Leaders, you only have one life and one chance to prove yourselves to GOD. Choose the true godly way and live a life of sincerity, sobriety and surrendered life, ONLY to The Almighty GOD who is the Author of all power, so that your prayers be heard. That you may sincerely pray for them who are in authority. Be not among the contenders but the one who will admonish them. 
As it was instructed by Apostle Paul: 1 Timothy 2:1-4 KJV

[1] I exhort therefore, that, first of all, supplications, prayers, intercessions, and giving of thanks, be made for all men; 

[2] For kings, and for all that are in authority; that we may lead a quiet and peaceable life in all godliness and honesty. [3] For this is good and acceptable in the sight of God our Saviour; 

[4] Who will have all men to be saved, and to come unto the knowledge of the truth.

And you true believers, be not overwhelmed by the cares of this world. GOD has given you the power to be an overcomer. Fight with them on bended knees; let your prayers support the leaders and those that are in authority. Make your ways of living, affects the lives of those who lives in darkness that through you, they may see faith, hope and charity. 

Let the world see CHRIST in you!

Let this word of The LORD JESUS CHRIST reminds us: 

Matthew 5:16-18 KJV

[16] Let your light so shine before men, that they may see your good works, and glorify your Father which is in heaven. [17] Think not that I am come to destroy the law, or the prophets: I am not come to destroy, but to fulfil. 

[18] For verily I say unto you, Till heaven and earth pass, one jot or one tittle shall in no wise pass from the law, till all be fulfilled.

How beautiful it is to live in a country where there is peace, prudence and prosperity; because the king and the top leaders Trusted GOD. If this happened before, it could also be so now, only if, a leader can also say what King David said: For the king trusted in The LORD. 

Let us all pray this wholeheartedly: 

Heavenly GOD our FATHER, touch the heart of our leaders. Let them see what is really the true essence of leadership. Let all greed of power, of wealth and of dominion be quashed by the power of your words, as you empowered our Evangelists, pastors and teachers of the doctrine of your salvation, that they may boldly and entirely preach your word not only to the publicans, but also to them who are in powers. And for us believers, that we may not only be mindful of our own, but also the concerns of others especially them who have not come to accept Your saving grace.  I pray this things, in JESUS CHRIST most Holy Name!

[5] His glory is great in thy salvation: honour and majesty hast thou laid upon him. [6] For thou hast made him most blessed for ever: thou hast made him exceeding glad with thy countenance. [7] For the king trusteth in the Lord , and through the mercy of the most High he shall not be moved. [8] Thine hand shall find out all thine enemies: thy right hand shall find out those that hate thee. [9] Thou shalt make them as a fiery oven in the time of thine anger: the Lord shall swallow them up in his wrath, and the fire shall devour them. [10] Their fruit shalt thou destroy from the earth, and their seed from among the children of men. [11] For they intended evil against thee: they imagined a mischievous device, which they are not able to perform . [12] Therefore shalt thou make them turn their back, when thou shalt make ready thine arrows upon thy strings against the face of them. [13] Be thou exalted, Lord , in thine own strength: so will we sing and praise thy power.
