O GOD, The Heathen Are Come Into Thine Inheritance

November 14, 2017- Tuesday-#536 Daily Morning Bible Reading and Meditation- Psalm 79 KJV

 ***O God, the heathen are come into thine inheritance; thy holy temple have they defiled; they have laid Jerusalem on heaps.***

[1] O God, the heathen are come into thine inheritance; thy holy temple have they defiled; they have laid Jerusalem on heaps. 

[2] The dead bodies of thy servants have they given to be meat unto the fowls of the heaven, the flesh of thy saints unto the beasts of the earth. 

[3] Their blood have they shed like water round about Jerusalem; and there was none to bury them . 

[4] We are become a reproach to our neighbours, a scorn and derision to them that are round about us. 

[5] How long, Lord ? wilt thou be angry for ever? shall thy jealousy burn like fire? 

[9] Help us, O God of our salvation, for the glory of thy name: and deliver us, and purge away our sins, for thy name's sake. 

[12] And render unto our neighbours sevenfold into their bosom their reproach, wherewith they have reproached thee, O Lord. 

[13] So we thy people and sheep of thy pasture will give thee thanks for ever: we will shew forth thy praise to all generations.

O GOD, The Heathen Are Come Into Thine Inheritance

A prophetic psalm of Asaph. 

A commentary says: 

"It is the cry of amazement at sacrilegious intrusion; as if the poet were struck with horror. The stranger pollutes thine hallowed courts with his tread. All Canaan is thy land, but thy foes have ravaged it. "Thy holy temple have they defiled." Into the inmost sanctuary they have profanely forced their Way, and there behaved themselves arrogantly. Thus, the holy land, the holy house, and the holy city, were all polluted by the uncircumcised."

This already happened during the time of Nebuchadnezzar and  Emperor Titus; see Psalm 74:7, and the church, which is the holy temple of God, has been defiled by antichrist sitting in it, and showing himself there as if he was God, by his dreadful blasphemies, idolatrous worship, and false doctrines, 

2 Thessalonians 2:4 KJV

[4] Who opposeth and exalteth himself above all that is called God, or that is worshipped; so that he as God sitteth in the temple of God, shewing himself that he is God.

It was in google titled as The Siege of Jerusalem: 

The Roman army, led by the Emperor Titus, with Tiberius Julius Alexander- an apostate Jew who abandoned his Jewish traits, as his second-in-command, besieged and conquered the 
city of Jerusalem, which had been controlled by Judean rebel factions since 66. The siege ended on August 30 with the sacking of the city and the destruction of its Second Temple. It was a long struggle among the Jews that only ended last 1948, the year the Israel was restored. Prior to that,  were atrocities and great persecutions among Israel's people; one of them were recorded as "The Holocaust" the planned annihilation of the Jews which is also called Anti-Semitism has been recorded since 1400, Their executioners hated them for crucifying the Christian Savior JESUS CHRIST and their refusal to be converted believing JESUS as The Messiah , some of the heathens hated them for invading Canaan.    

But there is more from this Psalm. The LORD GOD allowed them to have suffered such, as was portrayed in the film, Schindler's List, how the Jews dead bodies are piled up as heaps, because of the wrath of GOD is poured to both of the oppressed and the oppressors. And it will happen again in the time of The LORD after He had taken away His saved ones. 

2 Thessalonians 2:4,6-8 KJV

[4] Who opposeth and exalteth himself above all that is called God, or that is worshipped; so that he as God sitteth in the temple of God, shewing himself that he is God. 

[6] And now ye know what withholdeth that he might be revealed in his time. 

[7] For the mystery of iniquity doth already work: only he who now letteth will let , until he be taken out of the way. 

[8] And then shall that Wicked be revealed, whom the Lord shall consume with the spirit of his mouth, and shall destroy with the brightness of his coming:

Despite of this antisemitism, most of the inhabitants of the Jews are preserved by  GOD, for the coming end times. They will then be renewed, restrengthened and regenerated after they have survived divers persecutions; for their eyes will come to be opened to see how that The LORD JESUS CHRIST, whom they rejected and refused to believe,  will come again in a twinkling of an eye. That those who have not polluted and defiled their brains( mind), bodies and belief to their GOD, shall be strengthened and empowered, to be GOD's chosen men from the pure seeds of Jacob, Revelations 7:1-8, Revelations 14:1-5 who will preach repentance from the word of GOD and of The Lamb,  to them who are to be saved in the latter end of the tribulation period. 

GOD has His own plan that our eyes may not see. But if all shall be diligent to seek His words, all of His plan for this entire world which were written in the book, which is God's Holy Word the bible, shall be known to all.

Let all human beings attain to read it. be reassured with it, and be resolved to obey it. 

For in this book is written the hope of salvation. That you, who like us, as are the heathen before,  should also be received within GOD's inheritance. If you Accept you are a sinner, Believe in GOD's plan of salvation and Call upon GOD in the Name of our Savior JESUS CHRIST. 

O LORD,Let not the heathen defiled the temple of GOD. But let them be converted and be a part of Your inheritance through our sharing of Your Word. Let your Name be magnify through us. In JESUS CHRIST's most holy Name!

[6] Pour out thy wrath upon the heathen that have not known thee, and upon the kingdoms that have not called upon thy name. [7] For they have devoured Jacob, and laid waste his dwelling place. [8] O remember not against us former iniquities: let thy tender mercies speedily prevent us: for we are brought very low. [9] Help us, O God of our salvation, for the glory of thy name: and deliver us, and purge away our sins, for thy name's sake. [10] Wherefore should the heathen say, Where is their God? let him be known among the heathen in our sight by the revenging of the blood of thy servants which is shed. [11] Let the sighing of the prisoner come before thee; according to the greatness of thy power preserve thou those that are appointed to die; [12] And render unto our neighbours sevenfold into their bosom their reproach, wherewith they have reproached thee, O Lord. [13] So we thy people and sheep of thy pasture will give thee thanks for ever: we will shew forth thy praise to all generations.
