***For his merciful kindness is great toward us: and the truth of the Lord endureth for ever. Praise ye the Lord .***

And The Truth Of The LORD Endureth For Ever

The shortest written Psalm in the book of the bible.

We may take this psalm lightly, because of its briefness; but this two verses psalm talks a lot about how the people of the earth, (not only the Israelites) should have taken for granted about the truth of The LORD. 

It is indeed hard, for human’s understanding, to fully comprehend the truth about GOD and to wholly attain to  His merciful kindness, particularly in this crooked, confounded and confused generation. In this world where GOD’s common grace is abused and took it as if it is The LORD’s responsibility, and He has no choice but to be gracious to His human creations.

Everybody demanded human rights; some ignorantly live as if they are equal to other living creations like plants and animals; wherein,the practice is: “live eat drink and be merry, for tomorrow I shall die.”

This is also of a truth, but the quality of living they lived, determines the mind-setting of some people. 

Some just follow the norms and the course of this world, but some intently search for the truth about life. Some live their lives striving for their goodness, some are overly careless; observes not to care for others, but only their own goodness. 

I personally believe that this was written to wholly give emphasis to the main fact of the matter: that all nations should give praises unto GOD; for His merciful kindness is incomprehensible and there is none that endures forever but the truth about The Only True GOD, who is The Creator and The Controller of all of this whole earth. Not only so,  but The Loving GOD is The LORD of all and the keeper of His entire creation. 

Manmade creations of amazing things which overwhelmed our eyes, will last only for a time being. For in just a twinkling of an eye, everything shall be changed. 

1 Corinthians 15:50-53 KJV

[50] Now this I say, brethren, that flesh and blood cannot inherit the kingdom of God; neither doth corruption inherit incorruption. 

[51] Behold, I shew you a mystery; We shall not all sleep, but we shall all be changed, 

[52] In a moment, in the twinkling of an eye, at the last trump: for the trumpet shall sound, and the dead shall be raised incorruptible, and we shall be changed. 

[53] For this corruptible must put on incorruption, and this mortal must put on immortality.

For them who take heed to know and attain to live within GOD’s words, these all are known and they keep themselves ready. But to them who care only but their day to day living, they will be caught in surprise and unaware. 

Be taught all of you who do not yet have known GOD’s plan of salvation. Each day is a new day of GOD’s great mercy. But just like a lamp sustains only by it’s limited oil, there is always an end for everything. Waste not your life to chase only that which is temporal, but take heed to know about GOD’s eternal. For destruction is like a thief in the night; it comes within the time when it is less expected. 

2 Peter 3:7-10 KJV

[7] But the heavens and the earth, which are now, by the same word are kept in store, reserved unto fire against the day of judgment and perdition of ungodly men. 

[8] But, beloved, be not ignorant of this one thing, that one day is with the Lord as a thousand years, and a thousand years as one day. 

[9] The Lord is not slack concerning his promise, as some men count slackness; but is longsuffering to us-ward, not willing that any should perish, but that all should come to repentance. 

[10] But the day of the Lord will come as a thief in the night; in the which the heavens shall pass away with a great noise, and the elements shall melt with fervent heat, the earth also and the works that are therein shall be burned up.

GOD’s great merciful kindness towards us is like a lamp, and the truth of The LORD endureth forever. But the destruction that was only made for the devil, and the punishment of everlasting fire in hell is real. Follow not his deceitful pleasantries and guiles, but diligently seek the truth about GOD’s great mercies that endures forever.
