Because Their Tongue and Their Doings Are Against The LORD

March 31, 2018-Saturday-#661 Daily Morning Bible Reading and Meditation- Isaiah 3 KJV

***For Jerusalem is ruined, and Judah is fallen: because their tongue and their doings are against the Lord , to provoke the eyes of his glory.***

[1] For, behold, the Lord, the Lord of hosts, doth take away from Jerusalem and from Judah the stay and the staff, the whole stay of bread, and the whole stay of water,

[2] The mighty man, and the man of war, the judge, and the prophet, and the prudent, and the ancient,

[3] The captain of fifty, and the honourable man, and the counsellor, and the cunning artificer, and the eloquent orator.

[6] When a man shall take hold of his brother of the house of his father, saying , Thou hast clothing, be thou our ruler, and let this ruin be under thy hand:

[7] In that day shall he swear, saying, I will not be an healer; for in my house is neither bread nor clothing: make me not a ruler of the people.

[8] For Jerusalem is ruined, and Judah is fallen: because their tongue and their doings are against the Lord , to provoke the eyes of his glory.

[10] Say ye to the righteous, that it shall be well with him : for they shall eat the fruit of their doings.

[11] Woe unto the wicked! it shall be ill with him : for the reward of his hands shall be given him.

Words to ponder for today:

Because Their Tongue and Their Doings Are Against The LORD

The wise, the prudent, the rulers and the honorables of Israel became worthless and in vain when the scepter of their Mighty One, The GOD of Abraham, Isaac and Jacob, have withdrawn from them; thus, the food supplies, water and the basic necessities ceased, because such were GOD allowed to withhold from them. No one to lead; all are fainting, and dying of hunger and thirst. The entire land was wasted; nothing good to hold onto; there remain but ruins and devastation.
This prophecy of Isaiah have already happened to Israel.
For more than 18 centuries they were in constant struggle for freedom; they were held captives, and lived being slaves in their own homeland. Some are carried away; some flees and scattered in different countries. Their land have been alternately occupied by the enemies. Their people young and old, rulers and professionals were dead if not carried away; no peace, but continual oppressions from generation to generations. Until the remnants, reach the climactic tribulations where more than the recorded six million Jews were hauled to the death chamber during the time of the holocaust. It was spoken of by the Prophet Isaiah:
Isaiah 1:9 KJV
[9] Except the Lord of hosts had left unto us a very small remnant, we should have been as Sodom, and we should have been like unto Gomorrah.

It is through the grace of The LORD, and because of GOD’s faithfulness to fulfill His promise to Abraham, that their enemy could not totally destroy them and wipe them off from the face of this earth; that the works of their hands are still blessed. .
At this present time, it is through the faithfulness of GOD that they are established; a very tiny country with few remnants left, yet growing in numbers. However, they are still in great threat and constant battle from their surrounding enemies, because most of their people still refuses to acknowledge, believe and call upon The Name of The Messiah, The LORD And Savior JESUS CHRIST, who have been already raisin, and proved to be in heaven; saving people’s lives which are not His people. Hailed, glorified and lifted up; worship by them from north to south, even from east to west of this earth, who have believed and received Him as their personal LORD and Savior; as they believed in the teachings and the testimonies written by His apostles, that He is sitting down, at the right hand of GOD,  His Father.
Even I, whom was saved and redeemed by His blood, through the faith He has given me, after wandering from this cruel worldly life, can testify that:
* He actively works in my life to mold me to become a better person He wanted me to be.
* He answers all my prayers with yes, no and wait.
* He always and never fails to uplift me when I am down, carry me through when I am in distress, and lead in the path, in my darkest days.
* He assured me He will never leave me nor forsake me through His written words.
* He accounted me righteous through the faith of Him which is in me; that He never let me go  hungering and thirsting from all things I needed, much more through His words that sustain my strength and peace, from where my hope and longing for love is satisfied in Him, through Him, with Him.

The LORD is righteous and plenteous in mercy and in grace. He will not chide nor cast them away who humbly come to Him and ask for forgiveness. Believing in His words and accept Him as personal Savior and LORD.
But His judgement is upon them whose heart is seared and refuse to listen.
This is what the Prophet Isaiah has written in these verses:
[10] Say ye to the righteous, that it shall be well with him : for they shall eat the fruit of their doings.
[11] Woe unto the wicked! it shall be ill with him : for the reward of his hands shall be given him.

Apostle Paul also has written:

Romans 6:20-23 KJV
[20] For when ye were the servants of sin, ye were free from righteousness.
[21] What fruit had ye then in those things whereof ye are now ashamed? for the end of those things is death. [22] But now being made free from sin, and become servants to God, ye have your fruit unto holiness, and the end everlasting life.
[23] For the wages of sin is death; but the gift of God is eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord.

Does your tongue and your doings against the LORD?
Do you have the desire to change for the better, wanting righteousness in GOD’s eyes and doing your best to abhor wickedness?
You may follow this guidelines to obtain salvation from GOD:
* Realize  you are a sinner. Romans 3:23 All have sin and comes short of the glory of GOD.
* Repent from your sinful ways of life. Acts 20:21 KJV
[21] Testifying both to the Jews, and also to the Greeks, repentance toward God, and faith toward our Lord Jesus Christ.
* Reject all forms of idols and turn to GOD 1 Thessalonians 1:9 KJV
[9] For they themselves shew of us what manner of entering in we had unto you, and how ye turned to God from idols to serve the living and true God;
* Receive The LORD JESUS CHRIST to be your ONLY LORD and Savior and become one with the sons and daughters of the most High GOD.
  John 1:12 KJV
[12] But as many as received him, to them gave he power to become the sons of God, even to them that believe on his name:
Galatians 3:26,28 KJV
[26] For ye are all the children of God by faith in Christ Jesus.
[28] There is neither Jew nor Greek, there is neither bond nor free, there is neither male nor female: for ye are all one in Christ Jesus.

Accept, believe and call upon The Name Of The LORD JESUS CHRIST and be saved today!

Have a pleasant day ahead!

Isaiah 3:1-26 KJV

[1] For, behold, the Lord, the Lord of hosts, doth take away from Jerusalem and from Judah the stay and the staff, the whole stay of bread, and the whole stay of water, [2] The mighty man, and the man of war, the judge, and the prophet, and the prudent, and the ancient, [3] The captain of fifty, and the honourable man, and the counsellor, and the cunning artificer, and the eloquent orator. [4] And I will give children to be their princes, and babes shall rule over them. [5] And the people shall be oppressed, every one by another, and every one by his neighbour: the child shall behave himself proudly against the ancient, and the base against the honourable. [6] When a man shall take hold of his brother of the house of his father, saying , Thou hast clothing, be thou our ruler, and let this ruin be under thy hand: [7] In that day shall he swear, saying, I will not be an healer; for in my house is neither bread nor clothing: make me not a ruler of the people. [8] For Jerusalem is ruined, and Judah is fallen: because their tongue and their doings are against the Lord , to provoke the eyes of his glory. [9] The shew of their countenance doth witness against them; and they declare their sin as Sodom, they hide it not. Woe unto their soul! for they have rewarded evil unto themselves. [10] Say ye to the righteous, that it shall be well with him : for they shall eat the fruit of their doings. [11] Woe unto the wicked! it shall be ill with him : for the reward of his hands shall be given him. [12] As for my people, children are their oppressors, and women rule over them. O my people, they which lead thee cause thee to err, and destroy the way of thy paths. [13] The Lord standeth up to plead, and standeth to judge the people. [14] The Lord will enter into judgment with the ancients of his people, and the princes thereof: for ye have eaten up the vineyard; the spoil of the poor is in your houses. [15] What mean ye that ye beat my people to pieces, and grind the faces of the poor? saith the Lord God of hosts. [16] Moreover the Lord saith, Because the daughters of Zion are haughty, and walk with stretched forth necks and wanton eyes, walking and mincing as they go, and making a tinkling with their feet: [17] Therefore the Lord will smite with a scab the crown of the head of the daughters of Zion, and the Lord will discover their secret parts. [18] In that day the Lord will take away the bravery of their tinkling ornaments about their feet , and their cauls, and their round tires like the moon, [19] The chains, and the bracelets, and the mufflers, [20] The bonnets, and the ornaments of the legs, and the headbands, and the tablets, and the earrings, [21] The rings, and nose jewels, [22] The changeable suits of apparel, and the mantles, and the wimples, and the crisping pins, [23] The glasses, and the fine linen, and the hoods, and the vails. [24] And it shall come to pass, that instead of sweet smell there shall be stink; and instead of a girdle a rent; and instead of well set hair baldness; and instead of a stomacher a girding of sackcloth; and burning instead of beauty. [25] Thy men shall fall by the sword, and thy mighty in the war. [26] And her gates shall lament and mourn; and she being desolate shall sit upon the ground.
