March 23, 2018- Friday-#654 Daily Morning Bible Reading and Meditation- Song of Songs 4 KJV
***Thou art all fair, my love; there is no spot in thee.***
[1] Behold, thou art fair, my love; behold, thou art fair; thou hast doves' eyes within thy locks: thy hair is as a flock of goats, that appear from mount Gilead.
[7] Thou art all fair, my love; there is no spot in thee.
[8] Come with me from Lebanon, my spouse, with me from Lebanon: look from the top of Amana, from the top of Shenir and Hermon, from the lions' dens, from the mountains of the leopards.
[10] How fair is thy love, my sister, my spouse! how much better is thy love than wine! and the smell of thine ointments than all spices!
[11] Thy lips, O my spouse, drop as the honeycomb: honey and milk are under thy tongue; and the smell of thy garments is like the smell of Lebanon.
[12] A garden inclosed is my sister, my spouse; a spring shut up, a fountain sealed.
[15] A fountain of gardens, a well of living waters, and streams from Lebanon.
[16] Awake, O north wind; and come, thou south; blow upon my garden, that the spices thereof may flow out. Let my beloved come into his garden, and eat his pleasant fruits.
Thoughts to ponder for today:
There Is No Spot In Thee
A heartwarming thought for a spouse to be immensely adored by her husband. This is how the husband in this chapter benevolently described his beloved. Her comeliness, her looks, her breath even her deeds are well loved, well admired and detailedly instilled in the thoughts of her loving husband. The endearment by her husband is heart-melting, overwhelming compassion that ushers her to the magnificent sublime; endowed by adorations that could not be broken, produces eternal compassion and everlasting love.
This is how the love of Christ to His Church is compared. His eyes is set upon her. Her faithfulness, total submission and love for her LORD and Savior JESUS CHRIST sought the ever loving tenderness of the heart of Him who redeemed her from the bondage of sin; made her to be the partakers and joint heirs, of the firstborn of GOD whom is Christ Jesus. His pure love unto His chosen people justified, purified, and sanctified the church to prepare her blameless in the sight of GOD; to present her glorified on that blessed day of The LORD;wherein she will be presented as His bride.
This is how it was written by Apostle Paul in Romans 8 KJV
[1] There is therefore now no condemnation to them which are in Christ Jesus, who walk not after the flesh, but after the Spirit.
[2] For the law of the Spirit of life in Christ Jesus hath made me free from the law of sin and death.
[14] For as many as are led by the Spirit of God, they are the sons of God.
[16] The Spirit itself beareth witness with our spirit, that we are the children of God:
[17] And if children, then heirs; heirs of God, and joint-heirs with Christ; if so be that we suffer with him , that we may be also glorified together.
[18] For I reckon that the sufferings of this present time are not worthy to be compared with the glory which shall be revealed in us.
[27] And he that searcheth the hearts knoweth what is the mind of the Spirit, because he maketh intercession for the saints according to the will of God.
[28] And we know that all things work together for good to them that love God, to them who are the called according to his purpose.
[29] For whom he did foreknow, he also did predestinate to be conformed to the image of his Son, that he might be the firstborn among many brethren. [30] Moreover whom he did predestinate, them he also called: and whom he called, them he also justified: and whom he justified, them he also glorified.
[31] What shall we then say to these things? If God be for us, who can be against us?
[32] He that spared not his own Son, but delivered him up for us all, how shall he not with him also freely give us all things?
It is a blessed hope to be one of Christ beloved. For if the eyes of The LORD is set upon us, there shall be no harm befall upon us, there is blessedness of safety, security and sustaining grace that will shut us off from the courses, the cares and the concerns of this world; our lips shall be sweet because His language shall be the language of our mouth. He will hear and listen to us when we call. He will carry us through in the days of trouble. He will cause us to enjoy the blissfulness even the fruit of our labor for Him.
Let the Lover Of our soul, The LORD JESUS CHRIST’s Name be magnify in our lives today and ever.
Good morning!
Song of Songs 4:1-16 KJV
[1] Behold, thou art fair, my love; behold, thou art fair; thou hast doves' eyes within thy locks: thy hair is as a flock of goats, that appear from mount Gilead. [2] Thy teeth are like a flock of sheep that are even shorn, which came up from the washing; whereof every one bear twins, and none is barren among them. [3] Thy lips are like a thread of scarlet, and thy speech is comely: thy temples are like a piece of a pomegranate within thy locks. [4] Thy neck is like the tower of David builded for an armoury, whereon there hang a thousand bucklers, all shields of mighty men. [5] Thy two breasts are like two young roes that are twins, which feed among the lilies. [6] Until the day break, and the shadows flee away, I will get me to the mountain of myrrh, and to the hill of frankincense. [7] Thou art all fair, my love; there is no spot in thee. [8] Come with me from Lebanon, my spouse, with me from Lebanon: look from the top of Amana, from the top of Shenir and Hermon, from the lions' dens, from the mountains of the leopards. [9] Thou hast ravished my heart, my sister, my spouse; thou hast ravished my heart with one of thine eyes, with one chain of thy neck. [13] Thy plants are an orchard of pomegranates, with pleasant fruits; camphire, with spikenard, [14] Spikenard and saffron; calamus and cinnamon, with all trees of frankincense; myrrh and aloes, with all the chief spices: [15] A fountain of gardens, a well of living waters, and streams from Lebanon. [16] Awake, O north wind; and come, thou south; blow upon my garden, that the spices thereof may flow out. Let my beloved come into his garden, and eat his pleasant fruits.
