The Law Of The LORD

***But his delight is in the law of the Lord ; and in his law doth he meditate day and night.***

[1] Blessed is the man that walketh not in the counsel of the ungodly, nor standeth in the way of sinners, nor sitteth in the seat of the scornful. 

[2] But his delight is in the law of the Lord ; and in his law doth he meditate day and night. 

[3] And he shall be like a tree planted by the rivers of water, that bringeth forth his fruit in his season; his leaf also shall not wither; and whatsoever he doeth shall prosper.

[6] For the Lord knoweth the way of the righteous: but the way of the ungodly shall perish.

Words to ponder for today:

The Law of The LORD

The man is blessed if his delightedness is in seeking the law of The LORD and meditating therein day and night. 

The man is blessed if he does not walk nor listen and take the counsel of the ungodly as his ways of living.

The man is blessed if he is not found sitting and fellowshipping with the scornful, whose doings are after the mischief against the innocents and simple. 

The man is blessed if whatsoever godliness and goodness he is doing, is not only for the betterment of himself, but also for the goodness of others. 

These are what the Psalmist wanted us readers to meditate for today. 

It is Apostle Paul's admonition to the Ephesians church which was also written for our  edification:

Ephesians 5:11-13 KJV

[11] And have no fellowship with the unfruitful works of darkness, but rather reprove them . 

[12] For it is a shame even to speak of those things which are done of them in secret. 

[13] But all things that are reproved are made manifest by the light: for whatsoever doth make manifest is light.

The ungodly may prosper for a season, but surely, their evil deeds will then be reproved. For The LORD GOD who is the Righteous Judge shall recompense every works of every person accordingly. Fo there is a time of rewarding and punishment, that GOD and GOD alone knows when. 

So when you see evil people prospered, don't get envious nor inferior, do what is right and good in the eyes of GOD. 

But before you obey The Law of The LORD, you must have a personal relationship with Him  by accepting His Only Son JESUS CHRIST to be your Savior and LORD. After you do that, The HOLY SPIRIT shall be with you to lead you into the truth. 

John 16:13 KJV

[13] Howbeit when He, the Spirit of truth, is come, he will guide you into all truth: for He shall not speak of Himself; but whatsoever He shall hear, that shall He speak: and He will shew you things to come.

The LORD's blessings is Upon  them who meditate His words.

[6] For the Lord knoweth the way of the righteous: but the way of the ungodly shall perish.
