The SPIRIT of GOD

August 15, 2017-Tuesday-#448 Daily Morning Bible Reading and Meditation-Job 33 KJV

***The SPIRIT of GOD hath made me, and the breath of the ALMIGHTY hath given me life.***

[3] My words shall be of the uprightness of my heart: and my lips shall utter knowledge clearly.

[4] The Spirit of God hath made me, and the breath of the Almighty hath given me life.

[5] If thou canst answer me, set thy words in order before me, stand up.

[6] Behold, I am according to thy wish in God's stead: I also am formed out of the clay.

[7] Behold, my terror shall not make thee afraid, neither shall my hand be heavy upon thee.

[8] Surely thou hast spoken in mine hearing, and I have heard the voice of thy words, saying ,

[9] I am clean without transgression, I am innocent; neither is there iniquity in me.

[10] Behold, he findeth occasions against me, he counteth me for his enemy,

[11] He putteth my feet in the stocks, he marketh all my paths.

[12] Behold, in this thou art not just: I will answer thee, that God is greater than man.

Words to ponder for today

The SPIRIT of GOD

Elihu further speaks claiming, he speaks to Job in GOD's instead.
He seems to be so confident and upfront, that he appear to be spoken with pride that he, though younger, but exceeds in knowledge and understanding; challenging the elder friends who were put to silence by Job's protestation about how he lived his life, he lived it in full obedience to GOD; that he insisted in his lamentation to hear directly from GOD, why HE allowed him to be tried grievously.
Somehow, in Elihu's up front and unreserved speech is a prophetic speaking, from where we readers must learn these truth about life and sufferings:

* that the Spirit of God had made every living human; who is able to speak out their minds. V. 4
* that the breath of The Almighty had given us life. V.4
* that God speaketh once, yea twice, yet man perceiveth it not. V.14
* that He speaks in dreams, in visions of the night, when man fall in a deep sleep or slumbering in bed. V.15
* that GOD is able to open the ears of men and retain in their heart His instruction. V.16
* that He keeps the soul of men from going down to the pit and preserved them, through the mouth of his appointed messengers. V 16-26
* that if a soul of man humbly admit his sinfulness, GOD is merciful to forgive, bring him back to light and preserved him his strength. V. 27-30

Most of the time, younger are awkward when sharing GOD's words to some elderly people. For the very reason that, most older people believed that, the younger, when they speak to the older by way of teaching them, they should be inferior to them, because the elders way of thinking; that by age and experience, they are superior in knowledge and understanding.
But it does not always apply when it comes to the sharing of GOD's words. For some older people becomes busy in the cares of this world; even more in doing good and obeying the laws in their lives, yet, most of them have  forsaken to continue studying zealously, while  some of our diligent and dedicated younger preachers of today did strive and gave their lives for studying GOD's words, that they may be able to be used for the glory of The LORD. As it was written by Apostle Paul : 2 Timothy 2:15 KJV
[15] Study to shew thyself approved unto God, a workman that needeth not to be ashamed, rightly dividing the word of truth.

Furthermore, Apostle Paul has written to the young Preacher Timothy:  1 Timothy 4:12 KJV
[12] Let no man despise thy youth; but be thou an example of the believers, in word, in conversation, in charity, in spirit, in faith, in purity.

Precisely, let no man, nor elders neither younger, despised the youth in fair speaking and inputting new ideas.
But younger preacher should be an example in words, in conversation, in charity, in faith, in meekness and in humility.
For The SPIRIT of GOD  powerfully works to whomsoever He found faithful and willing to submit to His prompting  in obedience, in meekness and in humility.

Let all then be resolved to take heed to His speaking.

Good morning!

Job 33:1-33 KJV

[1] Wherefore, Job, I pray thee, hear my speeches, and hearken to all my words. [2] Behold, now I have opened my mouth, my tongue hath spoken in my mouth. [8] Surely thou hast spoken in mine hearing, and I have heard the voice of thy words, saying , [9] I am clean without transgression, I am innocent; neither is there iniquity in me. [10] Behold, he findeth occasions against me, he counteth me for his enemy, [11] He putteth my feet in the stocks, he marketh all my paths. [12] Behold, in this thou art not just: I will answer thee, that God is greater than man. [13] Why dost thou strive against him? for he giveth not account of any of his matters. [14] For God speaketh once, yea twice, yet man perceiveth it not. [15] In a dream, in a vision of the night, when deep sleep falleth upon men, in slumberings upon the bed; [16] Then he openeth the ears of men, and sealeth their instruction, [17] That he may withdraw man from his purpose, and hide pride from man. [18] He keepeth back his soul from the pit, and his life from perishing by the sword. [19] He is chastened also with pain upon his bed, and the multitude of his bones with strong pain : [20] So that his life abhorreth bread, and his soul dainty meat. [21] His flesh is consumed away, that it cannot be seen; and his bones that were not seen stick out. [22] Yea, his soul draweth near unto the grave, and his life to the destroyers. [23] If there be a messenger with him, an interpreter, one among a thousand, to shew unto man his uprightness: [24] Then he is gracious unto him, and saith, Deliver him from going down to the pit: I have found a ransom. [25] His flesh shall be fresher than a child's: he shall return to the days of his youth: [26] He shall pray unto God, and he will be favourable unto him: and he shall see his face with joy: for he will render unto man his righteousness. [27] He looketh upon men, and if any say, I have sinned, and perverted that which was right, and it profited me not; [28] He will deliver his soul from going into the pit, and his life shall see the light. [29] Lo, all these things worketh God oftentimes with man, [30] To bring back his soul from the pit, to be enlightened with the light of the living. [31] Mark well, O Job, hearken unto me: hold thy peace, and I will speak. [32] If thou hast any thing to say, answer me: speak, for I desire to justify thee. [33] If not, hearken unto me: hold thy peace, and I shall teach thee wisdom.
