October 13, 2017-Friday-#507 Daily Morning Bible Reading and Meditation-Psalm 50 KJV
***The mighty GOD, even the LORD , hath spoken, and called the earth from the rising of the sun unto the going down thereof.***
[1] The mighty God, even the Lord , hath spoken, and called the earth from the rising of the sun unto the going down thereof.
[2] Out of Zion, the perfection of beauty, God hath shined.
[3] Our God shall come, and shall not keep silence: a fire shall devour before him, and it shall be very tempestuous round about him.
[4] He shall call to the heavens from above, and to the earth, that he may judge his people.
[5] Gather my saints together unto me; those that have made a covenant with me by sacrifice.
[14] Offer unto God thanksgiving; and pay thy vows unto the most High:
[15] And call upon me in the day of trouble: I will deliver thee, and thou shalt glorify me.
[16] But unto the wicked God saith, What hast thou to do to declare my statutes, or that thou shouldest take my covenant in thy mouth?
[17] Seeing thou hatest instruction, and castest my words behind thee.
[18] When thou sawest a thief, then thou consentedst with him, and hast been partaker with adulterers.
[19] Thou givest thy mouth to evil, and thy tongue frameth deceit.
[20] Thou sittest and speakest against thy brother; thou slanderest thine own mother's son.
[21] These things hast thou done, and I kept silence; thou thoughtest that I was altogether such an one as thyself: but I will reprove thee, and set them in order before thine eyes.
[22] Now consider this, ye that forget God, lest I tear you in pieces, and there be none to deliver.
[23] Whoso offereth praise glorifieth me: and to him that ordereth his conversation aright will I shew the salvation of God.
Words to ponder:
From The Rising of The Sun Unto The Going Down Thereof
The Psalmist has spoken herewith; GOD's calling all people of this earth to repent from their sin and return to HIM.
He specifically construe herein the two manners of earth's inhabitant:
1. The living saints of GOD who continually and faithfully serve GOD; offer their sacrifices of joy with thanksgiving unto The LORD their GOD.
2. The wicked sinful people who refuse to give attention and take heed to the calling of GOD.
The LORD GOD sees, hear, listen and answers prayers. He is not blind that He cannot see, nor dumb that He cannot hear.
His loving kindness are to them whose trust is in Him, whose pleasures are to meditate His words, and whose thoughts are not polluted with any sins of idolatry.
Although He is a loving, forgiving and merciful GOD, His anger is kindled against unrepentant sinners. Those who take pleasures in sinning, whose hands and feet are swift to do evil, He will rebuke them with His fiery reproof and wrathful vengeance . He is even mad at them whose tongue's pleasant words are cursing, blasphemy, slanderers of a brother or a sister who is his or her siblings and kindred, even blasphemy against The Holy Spirit of GOD.
The Mighty GOD, even The LORD keeps on speaking and calling from the rising of the sun, unto the going down thereof. He gave us all the privileges and opportunities to live a better life in this earth. His Mighty Power has been there guiding us all along. He even have given us life, provided means to live and had made us a way that we may obtain that precious promise; the gift of salvation. Isn't He worthy of our listening, our obedience, our worship and our wholehearted praises?
Take heed, listen and attend unto His calls. Do not wait till the last breath before you call upon Him when there is no more time to prove the sincerity of your intention but to face His judgement.
He had spoken right through here:
[22] Now consider this, ye that forget God, lest I tear you in pieces, and there be none to deliver.
[23] Whoso offereth praise glorifieth me: and to him that ordereth his conversation aright will I shew the salvation of God.
Don't wait for that time when you have nothing to do but to face Him in death.
Take heed to His call; give ear, listen and respond now!
Thanking Him for another morning of today!
Psalm 50:1-23 KJV

[6] And the heavens shall declare his righteousness: for God is judge himself. Selah. [7] Hear, O my people, and I will speak; O Israel, and I will testify against thee: I am God, even thy God. [8] I will not reprove thee for thy sacrifices or thy burnt offerings, to have been continually before me. [9] I will take no bullock out of thy house, nor he goats out of thy folds. [10] For every beast of the forest is mine, and the cattle upon a thousand hills. [11] I know all the fowls of the mountains: and the wild beasts of the field are mine. [12] If I were hungry, I would not tell thee: for the world is mine, and the fulness thereof. [13] Will I eat the flesh of bulls, or drink the blood of goats? [14] Offer unto God thanksgiving; and pay thy vows unto the most High: [15] And call upon me in the day of trouble: I will deliver thee, and thou shalt glorify me. [16] But unto the wicked God saith, What hast thou to do to declare my statutes, or that thou shouldest take my covenant in thy mouth?
