October 4, 2017-Wednesday-#498 Daily Morning Bible Reading and Meditation- Psalm 41 KJV
***Blessed is he that considereth the poor: the Lord will deliver him in time of trouble.***
[1] Blessed is he that considereth the poor: the Lord will deliver him in time of trouble.
[2] The Lord will preserve him, and keep him alive; and he shall be blessed upon the earth: and thou wilt not deliver him unto the will of his enemies.
[3] The Lord will strengthen him upon the bed of languishing: thou wilt make all his bed in his sickness.
[4] I said, Lord , be merciful unto me: heal my soul; for I have sinned against thee.
[5] Mine enemies speak evil of me, When shall he die, and his name perish?
[8] An evil disease, say they , cleaveth fast unto him: and now that he lieth he shall rise up no more.
[9] Yea, mine own familiar friend, in whom I trusted, which did eat of my bread, hath lifted up his heel against me.
[10] But thou, O Lord , be merciful unto me, and raise me up, that I may requite them.
[12] And as for me, thou upholdest me in mine integrity, and settest me before thy face for ever.
Words to ponder for today:
In Time Of Trouble
The Psalmist implied herein that life on earth is full of troubles. There are always opposition, enmities, sickness, calamities along the ways of life, as well as with believers, much more to them who have gone stray from obeying GOD's precepts.
Adversities causes pain, anxieties, restlessness even sickness. The fear of failure, defeat and being beaten brings about tremendous distress, helplessness and low self esteem.
What more hurtful and degrading is to realized that those people whom are given so much attention and being cared for, them who considered as one with, are them who turns out to be the very enemy who backstab.
Know for sure that, It is a blessed thing to understand the knowledge of GOD. For having fear of Him within, gives hope and help in times of trouble. The good deeds done because of the understanding from GOD's law and commandments is an advantage for a person to become an overcomer. For the eyes of GOD is set upon them who are merciful and considerate; upon them who are not haughty, atrocious and heartless in dealing with the poor and needy. V.1, in times of trouble, know that there is A GOD who is alive; watching, listening and having hand that moves to rescue the helpless who call upon Him, and punish them whose god is themselves.
The blessings of GOD is towards them who consider others before themselves. The blessings of GOD are towards them who put their trust in Him. The blessings of GOD are for them who listen to GOD's spoken words which was written in the authorized inerrant King James Bible.
The LORD JESUS CHRIST had spoken:
Matthew 5:3-12 KJV
[3] Blessed are the poor in spirit: for theirs is the kingdom of heaven.
[4] Blessed are they that mourn: for they shall be comforted.
[5] Blessed are the meek: for they shall inherit the earth.
[6] Blessed are they which do hunger and thirst after righteousness: for they shall be filled.
[7] Blessed are the merciful: for they shall obtain mercy.
[8] Blessed are the pure in heart: for they shall see God.
[9] Blessed are the peacemakers: for they shall be called the children of God.
[10] Blessed are they which are persecuted for righteousness' sake: for theirs is the kingdom of heaven.
[11] Blessed are ye, when men shall revile you, and persecute you , and shall say all manner of evil against you falsely, for my sake.
[12] Rejoice, and be exceeding glad: for great is your reward in heaven: for so persecuted they the prophets which were before you.
I am confident that GOD hears and listen to my prayers, because of the testimony He has wrought in me which made me who I am today. Because He establish my goings, even my thoughts in trusting Him and only Him, Whom I know and I believe; as He enable me become an overcomer over troubles from which I have gone through and that may yet comes along.
The LORD my GOD in the Blessed Name of my LORD and Savior JESUS CHRIST be glorified now and forever!
Amen!
Psalm 41:1-13 KJV
[1] Blessed is he that considereth the poor: the Lord will deliver him in time of trouble. [2] The Lord will preserve him, and keep him alive; and he shall be blessed upon the earth: and thou wilt not deliver him unto the will of his enemies. [3] The Lord will strengthen him upon the bed of languishing: thou wilt make all his bed in his sickness. [4] I said, Lord , be merciful unto me: heal my soul; for I have sinned against thee. [5] Mine enemies speak evil of me, When shall he die, and his name perish? [6] And if he come to see me , he speaketh vanity: his heart gathereth iniquity to itself; when he goeth abroad, he telleth it . [7] All that hate me whisper together against me: against me do they devise my hurt. [11] By this I know that thou favourest me, because mine enemy doth not triumph over me. [12] And as for me, thou upholdest me in mine integrity, and settest me before thy face for ever. [13] Blessed be the Lord God of Israel from everlasting, and to everlasting. Amen, and Amen.
