The LORD Reigned, He Is Clothed With Majesty

November 29, 2017-Wednesday-#550 Daily Morning Bible Reading and Meditation-Psalm 93 KJV

***Lord reigneth, He is clothed with majesty; the Lord is clothed with strength, wherewith He hath girded Himself***

[1] The Lord reigneth, he is clothed with majesty; the Lord is clothed with strength, wherewith he hath girded himself: the world also is stablished, that it cannot be moved.

[2] Thy throne is established of old: thou art from everlasting.

[3] The floods have lifted up, O Lord , the floods have lifted up their voice; the floods lift up their waves.

[4] The Lord on high is mightier than the noise of many waters, yea, than the mighty waves of the sea.

[5] Thy testimonies are very sure: holiness becometh thine house, O Lord , for ever.

Words to ponder for today:

The LORD Reigned, He Is Clothed With Majesty

A Short Psalm of an Unknown Author.

Obviously this is a Psalm of The Almighty, whose power is over all.
Seemingly, the Author have seen the oppression and the destruction caused by the alliance of the enemies which surround the chosen people of GOD; The Israel.  Yet the Mighty Hand of their LORD, The Sovereign GOD, rescued them and overthrow their enemies. That, even as a raging flood, the tumultuous atrocity of their consolidated enemies are subjugated. As GOD's hand moves, their cruelties and fierceness are melted and their voices in agony are like floods that rises up. Some  turn to fear GOD and repent from their wickedness, some died instantaneously without receiving forgiveness, for they were not able to repent from their sins.
Certainly, no evil plans nor deceitful scheming is able to prosper, when GOD's  Hand is in control.
There are times, evil seems to be stronger and seems to rule over. They blatantly trampled the innocent and the weak. Nonetheless, it is permitted but for a season, because there is none who call the attention of GOD in faithful praying.
Romans 3:10-18 KJV
[10] As it is written, There is none righteous, no, not one:
[11] There is none that understandeth, there is none that seeketh after God.
[12] They are all gone out of the way, they are together become unprofitable; there is none that doeth good, no, not one.
[13] Their throat is an open sepulchre; with their tongues they have used deceit; the poison of asps is under their lips:
[14] Whose mouth is full of cursing and bitterness:
[15] Their feet are swift to shed blood: [16] Destruction and misery are in their ways:
[17] And the way of peace have they not known:
[18] There is no fear of God before their eyes.

The LORD set time for everything for His very own purpose. He alone knows the beginning and the ending. He even set time to stop all evil deeds and give justice to the oppress. For He still reign and judge every works of men according to His own set time.
Yes, GOD reigns and never ever shall leave His throne. So, if any among men who seems to replace Him by their doings, He may allowed it for a season; to prepare them for the day of judgement.

But for them whose heart sets upon seeking GOD, is salvation and deliverance. He will give them His merciful forgiveness. He will take them as His own and shall give them the gift of salvation even the sanctification  by the washing of regeneration,  to become His own, beloved children.
John 1:12 KJV
[12] But as many as received him, to them gave he power to become the sons of God, even to them that believe on his name:

GOD The Sovereign Reigned through His Mighty Power. Yet His tender mercies never fail to reach us out; giving His very own SON JESUS CHRIST who have laid down His life for us to be lifted up.

Romans 5:8-11 KJV
[8] But God commendeth his love toward us, in that, while we were yet sinners, Christ died for us.
[9] Much more then, being now justified by his blood, we shall be saved from wrath through him.
[10] For if, when we were enemies, we were reconciled to God by the death of his Son, much more, being reconciled, we shall be saved by his life.
[11] And not only so , but we also joy in God through our Lord Jesus Christ, by whom we have now received the atonement.

Let the testimony of The LORD be magnify in our lives, as we have accepted GOD's Only Begotten SON JESUS CHRIST, our LORD. And let our faith gradually grow in Him, and  that, as we are made perfect in Him, His holiness may shine upon us.

Good morning!

Psalm 93:1-5 KJV
