Blessed Is Everyone That Fears The LORD; That Walks In His Ways.

January 10, 2018- Wednesday-#585- Daily Morning Bible Reading and Meditation-Psalm 128 KJV

***Blessed is every one that feareth the Lord ; that walketh in his ways.***

[1] Blessed is every one that feareth the Lord ; that walketh in his ways. 

[2] For thou shalt eat the labour of thine hands: happy shalt thou be , and it shall be well with thee. 

[3] Thy wife shall be as a fruitful vine by the sides of thine house: thy children like olive plants round about thy table. 

[4] Behold, that thus shall the man be blessed that feareth the Lord .

Words to ponder for today:

Blessed Is Everyone That Fears The LORD; That Walks In His Ways.

It is customary to bid everyone,” GOD bless you” ; as our love ones, friends and even our acquaintances have to leave, taking their journey away from us. 

However it is noted in the first verse of this chapter, that, Blessedness is appertained only, from GOD to everyone that fears Him. 

And if we will closely examine,  blessedness is a goodwill of GOD to mankind; that His blessings are only given to them who fears GOD and walk in His ways. 

Ways, it says, because there are many ways and crossroads of life that people, everyday, even every moment of their lives should decide where to pass through. There are right and wrong turns. There are ways of life where every pilgrims risks their chances to get through their desired destination easily, and turns out to be mislead because of the allurements false instructions offering faster ways, which attracted them to choose to walk in it. But after learning they made the wrong choice, they have to  go back on their own; trying to start anew; trying the best they can to make their journey well pleasing according to the courses of life. 

This has been recorded time and time again, that along the way and generation to generations repeated the same, like the old sayings keeps repeating and repeating: “history repeat itself”. 

Nevertheless, the stubborn love of GOD, keeps repeating and repeating over and over again, that; it is only through the fear of GOD that one will walk in His ways: that from choosing to do so, is blessings; the source of all happiness and wellness. 

This was what spoken  by The LORD JESUS CHRIST during His earthly ministry: Matthew 6:33 KJV

[33] But seek ye first the kingdom of God, and his righteousness; and all these things shall be added unto you.

In this world full of Deceitfulness, Distractions and Distress , every children of GOD should be wise to discern the right ways GOD our Father, The Father Of our LORD and Savior JESUS CHRIST, has set for us through HIM. That by taking the Only Way, The Only Truth and The Only life of our earthly life, we may be spared from the anxieties of this trouble world. 

Let us always take heed to choose the right ways of The LORD, where His Light will guide us through life of everlasting peace, happiness and wellness. 

Let each one of us be blessed.
