September 29, 2023-Morning Bible Reading and Meditation- Malachi 4 KJV
“1 For, behold, the day cometh, that shall burn as an oven; and all the proud, yea, and all that do wickedly, shall be stubble: and the day that cometh shall burn them up, saith the Lord of hosts, that it shall leave them neither root nor branch.
2 But unto you that fear my name shall the Sun of righteousness arise with healing in his wings; and ye shall go forth, and grow up as calves of the stall.”
Words to ponder:
The Sun of Righteousness
The previous chapter that was mentioned the Refiner’s fire;
was written for the cleansing and purging the sin of all believers.
But in this last chapter it was prophesied that the day will come; there will be great fire to devour the wicked and them who refused to accept GOD’s gift of salvation.
Before it was the flood in Noah’s days. And after all the sinful people were dead from drowning, GOD gave a covenant through the rainbow; as a sign to His promise that He will not submerged again the earth with great water; but with fire; that it will consumed the whole earth.
It was also mentioned in the epistle of Apostle Peter: in 2 Peter 3 “7 But the heavens and the earth, which are now, by the same word are kept in store, reserved unto fire against the day of judgment and perdition of ungodly men.
8 But, beloved, be not ignorant of this one thing, that one day is with the Lord as a thousand years, and a thousand years as one day.
9 The Lord is not slack concerning his promise, as some men count slackness; but is longsuffering to us-ward, not willing that any should perish, but that all should come to repentance.
10 But the day of the Lord will come as a thief in the night; in the which the heavens shall pass away with a great noise, and the elements shall melt with fervent heat, the earth also and the works that are therein shall be burned up.”
But to all who fear GOD in the Name of The LORD and Savior JESUS CHRIST, in them will arise the Sun of righteousness with healing in His wings. Needless to say, this is prophetically fore telling the coming of The LORD JESUS CHRIST.
We who fear GOD will the Sun of righteousness arise: The Son of GOD shall come with healing.
It was done during His earthly life; many were healed, but was suddenly cut off, because His own people received Him not: it was written in John 1KJV “10 He was in the world, and the world was made by him, and the world knew him not.
11 He came unto his own, and his own received him not.”
But thank GOD it was not the end; for even after His ascension, in His Name many sick people were healed. But His reigning as the King and High Priest was just suspended to give way to the amazing grace of GOD, for many to get saved.
As it was written right after:
John 1KJV
“12 But as many as received him, to them gave he power to become the sons of God, even to them that believe on his name:
13 Which were born, not of blood, nor of the will of the flesh, nor of the will of man, but of God.”
Thank GOD for His goodness and bountiful grace. There is a promise of salvation even the privilege to become the sons of GOD for all who believe.
And that is not just a promise; for to all who believe and receive JESUS CHRIST as personal LORD and Savior is not just salvation, but the adoption to become GOD’s children. And we know that children are the heirs, and the recipient of GOD’s bountiful grace and His great goodness and provision.
That while we hold on to the promise of regeneration, there is that personal relation with GOD, that we can directly call on Him; and He will surely answer.
Let not the cares and concerns of this world worn us out, nor the sins that so easily beset us have it’s course, neither the rampant works of evil drives us cold.
But let us keep holding on to GOD’s promise that His deliverance will carry us through, while we are yet in this world.
So let us all keep doing GOD’s will, walking in His ways, and carry out to share His blessed words.
For within us is the Sun of righteousness with healing in His wings; which should be seen as a glowing light; enabling us to lead into the right way some of them that are lost.
So that all who will cone to the knowledge and fear GOD accept, believe and call upon the Name of The LORD.
And to all of our unsaved love ones,
Be safe under the shadow of His wings; be saved today and be blessed forever.

3 And ye shall tread down the wicked; for they shall be ashes under the soles of your feet in the day that I shall do this, saith the Lord of hosts.
4 Remember ye the law of Moses my servant, which I commanded unto him in Horeb for all Israel, with the statutes and judgments.
5 Behold, I will send you Elijah the prophet before the coming of the great and dreadful day of the Lord:
6 And he shall turn the heart of the fathers to the children, and the heart of the children to their fathers, lest I come and smite the earth with a curse.
